  • 75 grams of sugar
  • 1 egg

  • Spoon

  1. Clean the countertop where you’ll work your palms. Throw in a sugar base and place the pastry leaf so it gets immersed. Spread more sugar on top of the dough and crush with a spoon or fingers. This way they’ll look good. And crisp.
  2. Fold the puff pastry by lifting one of the short sides and taking it to the middle. Repeat the procedure again but from the other side also arriving at the center. Do the same with the other two sides of the dough. You’ll look like an envelope.
  3. Put the folds on top of the previous ones as if it were a book. Cut in a circle about 2 cm thick.
  4. Turn on the oven and place the pastry palms on a tray with baking paper. They must be as separate as possible because during cooking they spread quite a bit. Put in the oven at about 200 degrees Celsius, for about 15 minutes.
  5. When golden, remove from the oven and let them cool on the countertop before serving. You can sprinkle with more sugar if you want.
