– Red area

– Appearance of orange skin, i.e., dimpling on the skin

– Increased sensitivity in this part of the body

Prevention and treatment of cellulite

You can avoid cellulite if you consider some habits that will help prevent it. The lifestyle and diet you follow are essential for you to have smooth skin and without cellulite. To avoid this condition, nothing better than following these tips:

– Eat a balanced and healthy diet rich in vitamin E and C

– Avoid salt and sodium-rich ingredients

– Avoids or reduces coffee and alcohol

– Avoid tobacco because it prevents the correct flow of blood

– Hydrate Well: 2 litres of water per day

– Exercise to help eliminate fluid retention
