- If you notice the balls slip, you can put them in a sock to avoid it.
The Lower Area Of The Back
To massage the lower back zone you will have to massage from the coxis.
- To do that, sit down and put two balls on each side. Slowly, lie down and lower my back to the ground. You’ll feel pressure and a curve at the waist.
- Right there you’ll have to move your hip down slowly, so the balls move about 10 or 15cm up from the back.
- Repeat the exercise on the other side.
Hip
Time: 2 or 3 minutes
- To do the massage in the area of the hip you will have to lie on the left side, with your legs straight and the torso leaning on your right arm, bent on the elbow.
- Place a ball under the left hip and lower it.
- Try to pass your body weight to the ball and then roll it under you, from the hip to your knee, and back up.
- Repeat the process on the other side.
Neck
Time: 1 or 2 minutes
- To get rid of the neck discomfort you’ll have to lie down on your back and turn your head to the left.
- To do this help yourself with a ball, which you will have to place under the right side of the neck.
- Then he presses and moves the ball from top to bottom, and turns the head to the right for the right time.
- Repeat the same to the left of the neck.

- Then you’ll have to lean slightly and pass your body weight forward.
- Slowly move the ball forward and backward, pressing it at the right time.
- Then you will have to start giving slight blows to the ball with the sole, also for 30 seconds, and repeat with the opposite foot.
Arms
Time: 2 or 3 minutes
Arms are another area that usually has muscle problems.
- To relieve them, sit in a chair in front of the table and press a ball with your hand.
- You’ll have to roll it from the tips of your fingers to your elbow and then come back until you feel hot.
- Turn your arm and move the ball the same way, starting from the wrist area.
Pectorals and Shoulders
Time: 1 minute
- To massage in the pectoral area and shoulders you will have to stand in front of the wall and put the ball under the collarbone.
