The arrival of menopause can be a very difficult time for women, as their periods stop and they begin to experience symptoms they had never experienced before.

This mishap may still be, but for women of childbearing age suffering from what is known as early menopause, which affects between 1 and 4% of women between the ages of 18 and 45.

Many causes may be behind the arrival of menopause before the age at which it occurs. However, genetic inheritance seems the most likely.

On the other hand, other factors that can influence the condition include cancer therapies, ovarian surgery, or smoking, for example.

Women who experience premature menopause often experience irregular periods until their periods stop.

There is also difficulty in getting pregnant, vaginal dryness, mood swings, and weight changes.

However, in each woman, it occurs differently, and the onset of one of these symptoms does not mean that a woman of childbearing age has early menopause.

The appearance of early menopause is a great danger for young women. It is therefore important to go to a psychological specialist and to receive the support of other women in the same situation.
